Standards and Compliance Requirements
TAQA upholds high standards in ethics, safety, sustainability, and operational reliability. To align with our organizational goals and expectations, suppliers are required to adhere to the following standards when conducting business or delivering projects:
Business Partner Code of Conduct
At TAQA, we operate to the highest ethical standards, and we expect our Business Partners to do the same, in addition to complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
All current and prospective business partners should read and be familiar with our Business Partner Code of Conduct, which outlines the principles and expectations that all business partners must adhere to in their interactions with us.
Reporting Unethical Behavior
At TAQA, we take unethical conduct seriously and encourage the reporting of any unethical behavior or violations of the Business Partner Code of Conduct.
If you encounter or become aware of any issues or suspected unethical practices, please report them to the Ethics & Compliance Office through our confidential, third-party managed Helpline. Your cooperation and participation in helping to ensure that TAQA maintains the highest ethical standards is greatly appreciated.
Supplier Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program Requirements
The BCM program ensures suppliers have robust plans to address potential disruptions to their operations. Suppliers must demonstrate readiness to maintain critical deliveries and services during emergencies or unforeseen events. This includes having risk mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and communication protocols that align with TAQA’s BCM requirements to ensure uninterrupted project and business continuity.
