If you subscribe to the news alert service through this Site, you will need to provide your name and email address. By doing so, you are providing your consent for us to use your name and email address for news alerts. These details will not be used by us for any other purpose. Personal data security and safeguards and data retention

Transmission of data via the web or electronically is not always secure and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data which is transmitted to our Site from third-party sites.

  • provide you with access to the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct your personal data we hold about you if it is inaccurate or incomplete;

We usually act on requests and provide information free of charge, but may charge a reasonable fee to cover our administrative costs of providing the information for:

  • baseless or excessive/repeated requests; or
